摘　　要：动态优化埋藏式心脏复律除颤器系统包括:埋藏式心脏复律除颤器的术前评估,埋藏式心脏复律除颤器设备安全植入和参数的正确设置,术后密切随访,适时的临床干预,参数的及时修订,合理辅用抗心律失常药物和 /或射频消融术和外科根治术。文章综述了术前评估及怎样动态随访? 抗心律失常药与埋藏式心脏复律除颤器的相互关系。It includes pre-operation assertion,safety implantable,parameter settings,osculation follow-up,clinical intervention timely,parameter reversion immediately,rationable combination ICD and/or radio-frequency ablation and surgery operation to dynamic optimize the system of ICD.This article summarizes the follow-up methods and preoperation assertion and the relations of between ICD and antiarrhythmia-drugs.
