摘　　要：为探明用 IBD 疫苗进行鸡胚免疫的可行性,探讨了胚期接种 IBD 疫苗对雏鸡 ND 常规免疫接种效果的影响.将 IBD 中等毒力疫苗接种 18 日龄鸡胚,出壳后按常规免疫方法进行 ND 免疫,检测抗体水平、免疫细胞数量及功能和免疫保护力等.结果表明,胚期接种 IBD 中等毒力疫苗对雏鸡 ND 常规免疫具有免疫抑制作用.Effect of IBD embryo vaccination on efficiency of chicken’s ND immunization was determined for the study of embryo immunization with IBD vaccine.The chickens were inoculated with IBD vaccine of the medium-sized virulence when the chickens were 18-day-old in embryo.After the chickens were born,they were vaccinated with ND vaccine by general immune way.The antibody level,immune cell’s quantity and function and protection of immunity of the chickens were examined.The results showed that embryo vaccination with IBD vaccine of the medium-sized virulence would result in immunosuppression.
