RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EARLY GROWTH AND ENZYME ACTIVITY IN FAST - GROWING LINES OF WULONG GEESE

摘  要:选用五龙鹅健康雏鹅600只进行网床育肥实验,结果表明:五龙鹅快长系体重在7 w比蛋用系提高了10%;7 w 时料重比和体增重差异显著(P<0.05)。蛋用系13-49 d和13-63 d体重间分别呈强相关(r=0.755,0.710);快长 系49-63 d体重间呈强相关(r=0.858)。五龙鹅快长系与蛋用系AKP活力差异显著(P<0.05),LPS活力差异极显 著(P<0.01),GPT和LDH活力差异不显著(P>0.05)。In a comparative study, 600 1 - day - old Wulong goslings, half being egg - type and half being fast - growing type, were selected to be fattened in netting beds. The experiment was divided into 2 phases:Phase Ⅰ(the first 7 weeks) and Phase Ⅱ (another 2 weeks). At the end of PhaseⅠ, the body weight of the fast - growing type was 10% greater than that of the egg - type, and the difference in feed/gain ratio and body weight between them was significant (P < 0.05). The body weight of the egg - type on the 13th day was significantly correlated with that on the 49th day (r =0.755) and the 63rd day (r =0.710). The body weight of the fast - growing type on the 49th day was significantly correlated with that on the 63rd day (r = 0.858). The difference between the egg - type line and the fast - growing line was significant in their AKP (alkaline phosphatase) activity (P <0.05) , highly significant in their IPS (lipase) activity (P < 0.01) and non - significant in their GPT (glutamate - pyruvate transaminase) and LDH (lactate dehydrogenase) activity (P >0.05).
