摘　　要：探讨了在不增加外部设备的情况下,利用新型PLC丰富的内部资源及其功能强大的特点,以编程的方法,实现 其外部输入控制设备和输出执行机构故障的检测报警,介绍了新颖的故障检测报警编程方法在PLC控制的电器装配线中的 应用,给出了故障检测实用的梯形图程序。实践证明,采用这些方法对提高系统的可靠性是行之有效的。The method was described for how to take advantage of the powerful functions and the abundant inner resources of PLC to realize the test and the alert of failure of the outer input control devices and the output implement devices by not increasing peripheral equipments.A kind of original programming method of the test and the alert of failure and its application in the product line system controlled by PLC was introduced,and a Ladder Diagram of the test and the alert of failure was given.It’s available to promote the system’s reliability.
