摘  要:将碳弧灯使用现场采集的粉尘作体外细胞毒性研究,结果表明,两种碳弧灯粉尘可使细胞膜流动性和通透性增加,并随着粉尘剂量增加,培养液中乳酸脱氢酶活性增加,细胞死亡率也相应增加,而膜荧光偏振度有下降趋势,细胞钾浓度降低,各项指标有明显的剂量-效应关系。扫描电镜的观察结果进一步证实,两种碳弧灯粉尘对巨噬细胞均有一定损伤作用,二者的细胞毒性相近。The effect of cytotoxicity of two carbon arc lamp (CAL)dusts collected in the work-place was studied. Sillica dust was used as a positive control. The alveolar macropharges (AM)of guinea pigs were tested as the target cells.The results showed that the membrane fluidity and the leakage of AM increased under the treatment of CAL dusts. The activities of lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) in the culture medium of the macrophages and the cell mortality increased with the dosage of the dusts ,but the fluorescene polarization of the membrane and the pottassium concentnations in these cells decreased with the dosage of the dusts. The morphological changes of AM were also observed by scanning electronmicroscopy.The two CAL dusts at the certain dosages could induce the damage of cells and there was significant correlation between dose and effect.The cytotoxicity of two CAL dusts was similar. however , lower than that of silica dust.The results described above, suggest that rare-earth compounds as a main component of CAL dusts,possibly play a main role in the biological effect of CAl dusts ,therefore, it is imperative to establish hygienic standard of rare-earth dusts in China.
