摘 要:对常规的阳离子淀粉先进行交联,制得交联阳离子淀粉.研究了pH,金属离子的初始质量浓度、药剂投加量、接触时间对重金属离子(主要是Cr3+,Cu2+,Pb2+和Cd2+)吸附性能的影响,发现当重金属离子初始质量浓度=50mg/L、吸附剂投加量=0.5g/L,接触时间=30min时,Pb2+,Cu2+,Cr3+在pH=6时吸附容量达到最大,分别为97.94%,99.46%,84.30%,而Cd2+在pH=7时达到最大,其值为99.36%,交联阳离子淀粉对Cr( )的吸附效果不大,仅为29.38%.此外,运用红外光谱对反应机理初步进行了探索.The cross-linked starch was prepared by reacting maize starch with cationic cetherifying agent( HTA). The starch so prepared was used in heavy-metal ions(mainly divalent metal ions) removal from solutions. The absorption ability of the starch depended on pH, reaction time, starch content and metal ions. It showed that the absorption capacity of Pb^(2+), Cu^(2+), Cr^(3+) reached a maximum value when the metal concentration was 50 mg/L, the reaction time was 30min and the pH was 6, while the absorption of Cd^(2+) reached a maxium value at pH 7. The maxium value of Pb^(2+), Cu^(2+), Cr^(3+) and Cd^(2+) was separately 97.94%, 99.46%, 84.30% and 99.36%. The absorption of Cr(Ⅵ) was not very good. In addition, the mechanism was discussed by using the infrared spectrum.
