吡喹酮和克螨特对寄生欧洲鳗鲡的拟指环虫的效果

摘　　要：试验结果表明,吡喹酮和克螨特是寄生在欧洲鳗鲡上的拟指环虫的有效驱除药物。新洁尔灭作为吡喹酮和克螨特复配的助溶剂,对配方的除虫效果无显著影响。驱除拟指环虫的最佳配方为吡喹酮∶克螨特∶新洁尔灭=2∶1∶1,以酒精溶解的溶液制剂能有效驱除欧洲鳗鲡寄生的拟指环虫。The experimental results showed that praziquantel and propargite were effective drugs of eradicating Pseudodactylogyrus spp.hosted in European eels. Addition of benzalkonium bromidum in the mixture of praziquantel and propargite did not affect eradicating Pseudodactylogyrus spp. effect. The optimum recipe of eradicating Pseudodactylogyrus spp.was praziquantel:propargite:benzalkonium bromidum=2∶1∶1.The solution of praziquantel and propargit dissolved alcohol could effectively eradicate the parasites.
