摘 要:以9个大、中、小粒品种为试验材料。用Logistic方程 对子粒灌浆过程进行拟合,用T测验分析了3组不同粒重品 种灌浆参数差异;用相关分析和逐步回归分析研究了灌浆参 数与粒重的关系。结果表明,子粒平均灌浆速率R和最大灌 浆速率Rmax是影响千粒重的2个因素,且2因素间有极显著 正相关。其次灌浆持续期T,快增期灌浆速率R2和时间T2, 缓增期灌浆速率R3和时间T3对粒重作用也显著。因此,在栽 培和育种中可通过选育高平均灌浆速率,高快增期灌浆速率 的品种;通过适当的栽培措施协调灌浆速率与持续时间的矛 盾,增加缓增期灌浆速率和延长缓增期时间而提高粒重。In this experiment, nine different wheat cultivars were used. Grain filling course was imitated by Logistic equation, and the specific property of grain filling was analyzed by T test and correlation analyzing methods, and the correlation analyzing between grain filling parapets and 1000 grain weight was also studied. The result showed that the average grain filling rates( R ) and the biggest grain filling rates ( R max ) were two main elect to affect the 1000 grain weight, and the two elect had positive correlation. Then, for the grain filling rate, the CV of R max , R, R 2 were smaller and relatively stable, the CV of R 1 and R 3 were bigger, and especially for R 3 were bigger, and especially for R 3 which reached to28.92, which shows that R 3 was affected be environment easily, the positive relation between T and 1000 grain as T , the two parameters of T and R have bigger effect to 1000 grain weight, in that the effect of R was bigger than T; T value, R value, grain filling rate ( R 2 ) and time ( T 2 ) at fast filling stage, grain filling rate( R 3 ) and time( T 3 ) at slow filling stage affected 1000 grain weight ( Y ) notably. From the concern of wheat cultivation, suitable agronomy methods could improve R 1 and extent T 1 to improve grain weight.
