摘　　要：针对以往粮食研究中“就粮说粮”的片面性和局限性,在 系统研究粮食问题的宏观农业基础和区域粮食安全层次结构 的基础上,分别探讨了中国西部地区粮食需求趋势和区域粮 食安全保障结构,重点分析了解决西部地区粮食安全的五项 生产保障途径。In view of limitation and one sidedness among former grain research , the macro agriculture base and hierarchy structure of regional grain security have been systematically studied. Furthermore, the grain demand and assuring quantity of grain security of Western China has been probed, and five important ways of ensuring grain production security has been highlighted in this paper.
