摘  要:转子系统由油膜涡动发展成油膜震荡的过程已有系统深入的研究结果, 但油膜震荡发生后, 继续提高转子转速, 油膜震荡频率保持不变的频率滞留现象根据现有模型尚未得到合理的解释。在Muszynska模型的基础上, 结合油膜震荡的工程特征引入长轴承半油膜近似理论及流速比分段变化假设改进了该模型, 并利用改进的模型定量再现了频率滞留现象, 从而提出了一种适合于研究油膜震荡频率滞留机理的转子动力学模型。Systematical research results about the procession of oil whip developed from oil whirl were obtained, but the phenomenon of the whirl frequency holding which does not change with the rotating frequency were not explained theoretically. Based on the traditional Muszynska model and by inducing the theory of long bearing and half oil film and the assumption of averaging around fluid speed rate, the modified Muszynska model was obtained. According to the model the phenomenon of the whirl frequency holding was recurred, which validates that the model is valuable for studying the mechanism of frequency holding of oil whip.
