摘  要:合成并研究了水溶性有机羧酸醇铵盐类防锈剂, 系统地考察了烷链的长度、极性基团、羧基的个数对防锈性能和溶解度的影响。根据最佳的分子结构组合, 设计并合成了与Ciba公司的同类产品性能相当的水溶性有机羧酸醇铵盐ATEA -1。A series of aqueous soluble anti-rust additives of aliphatic acid ethanolamine salts were synthesized and studied. The effects of the length of alkyl-chain, the polar group and the number of carboxyl group on rust-inhibiting properties and solubility were investigated in systematically. A novel ATEA-1 of aqueous soluble aliphatic acid ethanolamine salt was designed and synthesized according to the optimum combination of the molecular structure, which has outstanding rust-inhibiting property, similar as the product of Ciba company in rust-inhibiting property.
