摘  要:分析了国内外油液监测的现状及发展方向。针对在当今油液监测系统中油液监测设备种类繁多、在时间和空间上是离散的, 特别是当进行综合油液监测数据分析时, 许多数据尚需要手工输入等不足, 开发了基于NT的油液监测自动数据采集系统, 此系统由 3个部分组成: 数据采集、数据传输、数据管理。自动采集部分可以使数据按一定的格式自动导入数据库, 避免了手工的输入; 数据传输是基于NT的, 能使各设备并行地工作; 数据管理可以对库中的数据按照用户的要求进行综合分析并输出结果。试验证明: 该系统可给油液监测带来更多的资源共享, 提高了数据处理的准确性以及油液监测和分析的质量和效率。The development and actuality of oil monitoring in the world was analyzed. For the many shortages of oil monitoring system at present, such that oil monitoring devices are various, the devices are discrete in time and in space, especially when synthetically analyzing the oil monitoring datas, many oil datas need to be inputted by hand, etc, the oil monitor datas automatic collection system based on NT was developed. The system is composed of three parts: data collection, data transfer and data management. Data collection can input data into database in standard format automatically to avoid of hand inputting. Data transfer is based on NT, and can make devices work in double harness. Data management can synthetically manage oil monitoring data and output result. The result shows that the system can make more resources to be shared and the processing of data to be more accurate, which enhance the quality and efficiency of oil monitoring to a greet extent.
