摘　　要：目的　对复方左氧氟沙星口腔溃疡膜的配制、含量测定和稳定性进行研究。方法　用壳聚糖、甘油、明胶为主要辅料 ,流涎法制备复方左氧氟沙星口腔溃疡膜 ,用紫外分光光度法及双波长法 ,分别对左氧氟沙星和地塞米松磷酸钠进行含量测定 ,并考察其稳定性。结果　左氧氟沙星和地塞米松磷酸钠的平均回收率分别为 10 0 .2 3%和 99.85 % ,RSD 为 0 .4 1%和 0 .30 % (n =3)。结论　该制剂制备工艺简单 ,质量可控。Aim To study the prescription and preparation of compound levofloxacin oral ulcer film,and set up the method of quality control.Methods The film is prepared using chitosan as main excipients.Levofloxacin was determined by UV-spectrophotometry.Double-wavelength spectrophotometry was employed for determination of dexamethson sodium phosphate.Results The average recoveries were 100.23% and 99.85%,with RSD 0.41% and 0.30%(n=3),respectively.Conclusion The preparation process was simple and the quality could be controlled.
