摘 要:本文通过建立混合工质制冷剂两相区热力性质的隐式拟合模型,给出了混合工质制冷剂两相区热力性质的隐式拟合、显式计算的方法,保证了物性计算的快速和稳定性。本文以美国国家标准局开发的程序REFPROP6.01的计算结果作为数据源,对R410A和R407C的两相区物性分别在工况范围64.77-3825.32kPa和43.62-3972.58kPa内进行了拟合。与数据源相比,得到的快速计算公式的最大相对计算误差在0.56%之内,平均误差在0.025%之内,计算速度较REFPROP6.01提高三个数量级。By establishing an implicit model, a novel implicit-regress and explicit-calculation fast calculation method for the two-phased thermal properties of refrigerant mixtures is presented in this paper, which can guarantee the fast speed and stability in calculating refrigerant thermal properties. Case studies have been carried by regressing the two-phased thermal properties of R410A and R407C in a data range of 64.77-3825.32 kPa and 43.62-3972.58 kPa, respectively. The source data are calculated from REFPRO 6.01, which is developed by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology of USA). The comparison result shows that calculation speed of the fast calculation formulae is three orders faster than those of REFPRO 6.01, the maximum relative deviation and mean relative deviation of the fast calculation formulae are within 0.56% and 0.025%, respectively.
