摘  要:研究了变质处理和未变质处理原位钛合金化摩托车车轮的微观组织和力学性能 ,并与传统A3 5 6合金制造的车轮的微观组织和力学性能进行了对比 ,发现原位钛合金化A3 5 6合金车轮的组织均较传统A3 5 6合金的细小 ,不管是否经过变质处理 ,三种车轮的硅颗粒均得到明显的纤维化 ,但未变质处理的A3 5 6合金车轮的硅颗粒稍粗。利用未变质A3 5 6合金制造的车轮力学性能稍低于传统A3 5 6合金的 ,而经变质处理后 ,车轮的强度与传统车轮的相当 ,但塑性明显高于传统A3 5In this study, the microstructure and mechanical properties of two kinds of in-situ titanium alloying motorcycle wheels, unmodified and modified with Sr respectively, were investigated and compared with that of tradition motorcycle wheels produced by tradition A356 alloy. The results show that the microstructure of in-situ titanium alloying motorcycle wheels is finer than that of the tradition motorcycle wheels. Whether unmodified or modified with Sr, the silicon particles of the in-situ titanium alloying motorcycle wheels exist in the fiber shape. But the silicon particles of unmodified motorcycles are slightly coarser than that of modified wheels. The mechanical properties of unmodified motorcycle wheels are lower or corresponding with that of tradition wheels. After modified with Sr, the strength is corresponding to that of tradition wheels. But the ductility is obviously superior to that of tradition motorcycle wheels.
