摘 要:根据镉污染区和对照区抽样人群的555名病例对照调查,尿β_2-微球蛋白的正常值为464μg/g肌酐,其镉致肾病早期的判定值为1000μg/g肌酐。此指标的特异度为91%,在配对病例对照中镉接触者肾小管损害的危险性为无接触者的40倍,说明尿β_2-微球蛋白对判定环境性镉致肾病早期具有良好的指标意义。A case-control study was carried out in a total of 555 sampling cases from the cadmium pollution area and control area.These results demonstrated that normal value of urinary β_2-microglobulin and discriminant value of urinary β_2-microglobulin for early cadmium nephropathy were 464 μg/g Cre and 1000μg/g Cre,re spectively.The specificity of discriminant value was 91%.The risk of renal tubular damage in cases exposed to cadmium was 40 times that of its risk of control in the pairing case-control study.Results of this study in dicate that the urinary β_2-microglobulin is a significant indicator for discriminating environmental cadmium nephropathy in early phase.
