摘　　要：古今中外随笔的创作数量极多、成就斐然,然而古今中外关于随笔的理论研究,却是惊人的贫乏。其论者大多是片言只语,语焉不详,带有随意性、感悟性、经验性的特点,而且常常是歧见并出、自相矛盾的。这充分说明了,研究随笔和中国现代随笔的烦难。黄科安博士论文,选择现代随笔,确实需要相当的学术研究勇气,他在充分占有古今中外随笔创作和随笔理论丰富资源的基础上,进行独立的理论分析、理论概括和理论创造,创造出属于自己的有关随笔、特别是中国现代随笔的“概念和理论的系统”。The quantity of essays is countless,and its attainments are brilliant both in China and abroad at antiquity and nowadays,but theoretical study of the essay is very poor.The arguments are mostly a few words only,or no speaking in detail with the features of arbitrariness,perceptiveness and empiricalness,usually different views co-existing and in consistency.It shows fully that the study of the essay and Chinese modern essay is very difficult.Huang Ke-an selects the study of Chinese modern essay as his doctoral dissertation,which he needs full scholastic courage.On the basis of holding rich resource of essay creation and essay theory,Huang makes independently theoretical analysis,condensation and creation,and creates the system of the conception and theory about the essay,especially Chinese modern essay.
