摘 要:为了提高综合传动密封装置的可靠性和耐久性 ,在对密封环磨损机理和失效特性研究分析的基础上 ,应用模糊理论建立综合传动铸铁密封环的模糊可靠性模型 ,推导出模糊可靠度计算的数学表达式 .根据耐磨性试验所获得的密封环磨损速度 ,计算出密封环在不同时间段上模糊可靠度以及耐磨寿命 ,计算结果与实际工作情况相符 ,说明运用模糊数学能更好地描述密封环耐磨性可靠度的变化 .In order to improve the reliability and wear-resistance of the sealing device in a composite transmission, based on a study of the wear mechanism and invalidation characteristics of the seal rings, a fuzzy reliability model of cast iron seal rings in composite transmission is established, applying the fuzzy theory and mathematical expression for calculating fuzzy reliability. According to the rate of wearing of the sealing ring as obtained by the wear-resistance test, the fuzzy reliabilities at different time and wearing life of the sealing ring are calculated. The result is tallied with actual situations showing that applying fuzzy mathematic to describe the variety of the wearing-resistance is suitable for the sealing ring. The method can also be applied to carry out analysis and calculation of reliability on other mechanical frictional and wearing parts.
