摘　　要：列宁时期的党内民主是苏共历史上的闪光点,列宁对民主的忠诚和执着追求,在其政治遗嘱 中得到了很好例证。对列宁时期的民主的刻意遗忘和抛弃,对列宁精神的忽略和遗弃是苏共失败的诱发始 因。The party democracy during Lenin's Time was a sparkling point in the history of Communist Party of Soviet Union. It has been well illustrated in his Political Will that Lenin was loyal and persevering in the pursuit of democracy. The democracy during Lenin's Time has been fogotten and abandoned intensively, and Lenin's spirit has been neglected and cast off, both of which brought out the failure of Communist Party of Soviet Union.
