摘　　要：家畜早期胚胎性别鉴定对畜牧业生产具有重要的现实意义。本文扼要介绍了胚胎分割技术和采用PCR技术鉴别牛、羊等家畜胚胎性别的操作程序,对影响该技术雌雄判定率的因素进行了综合分析。对这种方法的研究现状、各种技术细节的主要优缺点和发展前景进行了系统介绍。Identification of livestock embryo sex is a significant factor to livestock production. This article summarized the technology of dividing embryos and the operation specification of PCR method for sex identification of cattle , sheep and other livestock embryos. It analyzed the factors which affect sex identification rate. It also introduced the method progress , technic details , advantage and disadvantage.
