摘　　要：根据卟啉与DNA的作用机理 ,从吸光、荧光、磷光、散射光、电化学等几个方面讨论了卟啉试剂在DNA检测中的应用。In this article,based on the reaction mechanism betwe en prophyrins and DNA,by using the methods such as fluorescence,phosphorescence,light scattering,electrochemistry and absorbance spectra,we discussed the applications of porphyrins in the detection of DNA.In conclusion,porphyrins have good future in this field.
