摘  要:马尾松 (Pinus massonianas L amb.)幼苗暴露在 SO2 浓度分别为 0 .0 mg/ m3、0 .2 mg/ m3、0 .4 m g/ 3的 3个开顶式熏气室中 6 0昼夜。在 SO2 浓度 0 .2 mg/ m3处理组 ,马尾松苗与对照组无显著差异。在 SO2 浓度 0 .4 mg/ m3处理组 ,马尾松针叶气孔细胞、针叶颜色、根系形态、根毛数量出现异常 ;类胡萝卜素含量下降 35 % ,针叶含硫量增加 2 2 5 % ,从针叶渗出的钾离子量比对照增加 185 % ,光合速率下降 9.5 % ,蒸腾速率增加 13.6 % ,干重下降 15 .4 % ,相对生长速率下降 2 .7m g/ (g· d)Masson pine (Pinus massonianas Lamb.) seedlings were exposed to SO_2in 3 open top chambers (OTC) for 60 days and nights, in which the concentrations of SO_2 were 0.0 mg/m^3 (CK), 0.2 mg/m 3 and 0.4 mg/m^3 , respectively. In the treatment of SO_2 0.2mg/m^3, no abnormity of stomata cells, needle colour,and roots was been observed. There were no significant difference in chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, and transpiration rate compared with the control. However, compared with control, the carotenoid content of needle decreased 12%, the sulfur content of the needle increased 90.6%, the amount of potassium ion leaching from the needle increased 77%, the dry weight decreased 4.1%, and the relative growth rate decreased 0.6mg/(g·d)。 In the treatment of SO_2 0.4mg/m^3, abnormity of stomata cells, needle colour, roots conformation and amount of fibril was observed. The chlorophyll content were similar with the control, but compared with the control, the carotenoid content of the needle decreased 35%, the sulfur content of the needle increased 225%, the amount of potassium ion leaching from the needle increased 185%, the photosynthetic rate decreased 9.5%, the transpiration rate increased 13.6%, the dry weight decreased 15.4%, and the relative growth rate decreased 2.7mg/(g·d).
