摘　　要：专业实施合同能源管理的公司国内简称EMCo,EMCo提供的是服务,产出的是节能量、承担节能效益投资风险;EMCo需要具备技水、融资、管理三方面的能力;EMCo的业务需要与节能产品制造商合作:上海市政府于2002年成立合同能源管理指导委员会(简称SCEMC)培育支持EMCo产业发展。The company that specializes in the implementation of contract energy source management is called EMCo for short. EMCo's service is that the output is the energy source saving amount and it bears the risk of energy source saving investment: EMCo need to have technical, financing and management abilities: EMCo's business need to cooperate with the energy source saving product manufacturer. Shanghai Municipal Government established the contract energy source management committee(is called SCEMC for short)in 2002 to foster and support the EMCo industry's development.
