参麦注射液合丹桃全真一气汤治疗急性加重期肺心病临床观察

摘　　要：为观察参麦注射液合丹桃全真一气汤对慢性肺源性心脏病 (以下简称肺心病 )急性发作期患者的临床疗效及对动脉血气的影响,将 78例患者随机分为对照组 37例 (予西医常规治疗 )和治疗组 41例(在西医常规治疗的基础上加用参麦注射液静脉滴注,口服丹桃全真一气汤 )。结果:治疗组总有效率为 92. 68%,对照组总有效率为 81 .08%,治疗组疗效优于对照组 (P<0. 05)。提示:参麦注射液合丹桃全真一气汤能显著改善肺心病患者的通气功能。To observe the clinical efficacy of “Shenmai Injection” plus “Dantao Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction” in the treatment of the acute stage of chronic cor pulmonal and its effects on arterial blood gas, 78 subjects were randomized into two groups: control group in which 37 cases were treated by routine western medicines and treatment group in which 41 cases were treated by intravenous “Shenmai Injection” and oral “Dantao Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction” besides routine western medicine. Results: The total effective rate was 92.68% in treatment group and 81.08% in control group, P<0.05. It is revealed that the combined use of this Injection and Decoction can increase clinical efficacy and improve ventilation.
