益气复智颗粒治疗血管性痴呆病的临床研究

摘　　要：为观察益气复智颗粒治疗血管性痴呆 (VD)的临床疗效,将 62例患者随机分为治疗组(益气复智颗粒 ) 32例和对照组 (脑复康 ) 30例。疗程均为 3个月。结果:治疗组总有效率为71. 87%,对照组总有效率为 56 .67%,两组之间无显著性差异; 2组都能显著升高SOD含量,降低MDA水平(P<0 .05或P<0 .01),组间比较无差异;益气复智颗粒能明显改善血液流变学指标,优于脑复康(P<0 .05或P<0 .01)。提示:益气复智颗粒可有效用于VD的临床治疗。To observe the clinical efficacy of “Yiqi Fuzhi Granule” in the treatment of vascular dementia(VD), 62 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 32 cases were treated by “Yiqi Fuzhi Granule” and control group in which 30 cases were treated by “Nao Fu Kang”, both with a course of 3 months. Results: The total effective rate was 71 8% in treatment group and 56.67% in control group, with no difference between the two rates; after treatment, the SOD activity increased and MDA level decreased in both groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01), but with no difference between two groups; nevertheless, “Yiqi Fuzhi Granule” had better effects than “Nao Fu Kang” in improving blood rheology (P<0.05 or P<0.01). It is revealed that “Yiqi Fuzhi Granule” is effective for VD.
