中药在IUI技术中的协同作用的临床观察

摘　　要：将 87例不孕症患者随机分成治疗组 46例和对照组 41例,在宫腔内人工授精 (IUI)术后,治疗组根据不同阶段辨证加用中药,对照组根据内膜、卵泡的不同情况加用补佳乐治疗。结果:排卵率、受孕率比较,治疗组优于对照组 (P<0 .05),且治疗组的自然流产率降低,妊娠合并症减少。Eighty-seven infertility women were given intrauterine insemination and then randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 46 cases were additionally given Chinese medicine treatment on syndrome differentiation and control group in which 41 cases were additionally given Progynova. Results: The ovulation rate and impregnation rate were higher in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05); the spontaneous abortion and complication reduced in treatment group.
