摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺增生症(BPH)的有效手术方法。方法采用经尿道前列腺电切术和气化术治疗BPH患者368例。结果术后6个月随访,国际前列腺症状评分88分,最大尿流率(Qmax)184ml/s,剩余尿量27ml,未发现有严重并发症。结论气化和电切结合治疗前列腺增生症是一种安全性高、并发症少、疗效确切的新手术方法,具有操作易掌握、出血少、速度快、安全可靠等优点。Objective To study the effective treatment for benign prostratic htper plasia(BPH).Methods Clinical data of 368 cases of patients with BPH treated with transurethral resection and transurethral vaporization of the prostate were analyzed.Result The general results were satisfactory.Followed up of 6 months,the average of IPSS was 8.8,the average of Q_~max was 18.4ml/s and the average of residual vrine was 27ml.There were no serious complications observed.Conclusion Our results showed that the combination of transwerthra resection with vaporization of the prostate was a safe and effective method for transwerthral resection of BPH with less complication.It had the advantages of easy operations less bleeding,safety,reliability and time saving.
