摘　　要：目的探讨应用带皮蒂的复合组织皮瓣修复指体组织缺损的意义。方法根据手指指体组织缺损情况设计带皮蒂的掌背或指背复合组织皮瓣逆行修复指体组织缺损28例29指,其中急诊修复创面19例20指,二期修复创面5例,慢性感染2例,修复疤痕创面2例。皮瓣与供区吻合神经10例,吻合肌腱2例,吻合血管5例。皮瓣面积为最大65cm×15cm,最小20cm×15cm。结果皮瓣全部成活。全部病例随访3～24个月,平均15个月,修复后指体外形良好,耐磨,无压痛,静止两点分辨觉达33～61mm。指间关节活动良好,患者满意。结论本手术是修复指体组织缺损安全、有效的治疗方法,可较好地恢复伤指功能。Objective To evaluate the ultilization of combined tissue flap with skin pedicle to repair finger s soft tissue deficition.Methods According to the tissue deficition design combined flap on the doral area of finger or palm which may contain vein,tendon,nerve etc. 28 cases,29 fingers were treated with this method of case with emergency operation.Delayed repair in five cases,chronic infection in two cases,scar repair in two cases.The area of flap ranged from 6.5cm×1.5cm to 2.0cm×1.5cm.Results All flap survived completely,the patients were followed up from 3～24 months,the main time was 15 months.The reconstructed fingers have good appearance with no palpated pain and wear-resisting,static two-point discrimination was 3.3～6.1mm and the digit joint have a good motion.Conclusion This technique is safe.It can repair large soft tissue deficit on finger and can better restore the function of injured fingers.
