摘　　要：阐述了图书馆全面质量管理的定义,说明了图书馆采用全面质量管理的意义和原则,提出了全面质量管理的一些具体措施。This paper expounds the definition o f the TQC of the library,illustrates the significance and principle of adopting the TQC in the library,and p uts forward some concrete measures f or practicing the TQC in the library.
