摘　　要：目的提高对Castleman病的诊断和治疗水平.方法报告6例Castleman病,进行分析并复习相关文献.结果男性4例,女性2例,年龄8岁～54岁.临床分型:局灶型2例,多中心型4例.病理学分型:透明血管型5例,浆细胞型1例.局灶型经手术或术后放疗均治愈.多中心型中3例经干扰素或化疗联合激素治疗后病情稳定,1例出现复发.结论该病诊断主要依靠病理学确定.手术、化疗、抗病毒治疗可控制其发展.Objective To improve the diagnosis and management level of Castleman disease(CD). Methods To report six cases of Castleman disease and analyze them with literature review. Results There were four males and two females, with age ranged from 8 to 54 years old. Clinically, two cases were classified as localized CD and the rest were classified as multicentric CD. According to histopathologic subclassification, five cases were hyaline-vascular type and one case was plasma cell type. Two cases of localized CD undergoing a complete surgical resection or with radiotherapy were cured. Three cases with multicentric CD remained asymptomatic following interferon or chemotherapy with radiotherapy and one case of multicentric CD relapsed. Conclusions The diagnosis of this disease is based on its histopathological characteristics. Surgical operation is the first choice and chemotherapy and antivirus therapy may contribute to control of the disease.
