摘　　要：介绍了按B-H、B_r-H、μ-H曲线所选定的磁化规范,用交、直流磁化对比试验,对300M钢原材料纯洁度进行磁粉检验的方法。通过对磁痕的金相分析,探索了磁痕呈现的规律和产生的原因,并根据大量试验数据拟合出300M钢的最佳磁化电流。Magnetic inspection of 300M steel raw material for its purity was carried out with magnetization specifications chosen from B-H,Br-H and μ-H curves by comparative test of AC and DC magnetizations. The law and the reason of the indications were analyzed through metallurgical analysis of magnetic indications. The optimum magnetic current value for the steel has been given by a large number of test data.
