摘　　要：传统的发油监控系统不具备有开放性,与其它信息管理系统的协同性较差,当现场硬件改变时软件系统也要进行大量地更改。本文通过对OPC规范的简介以及对SIMATICNET的OPC服务器的具体结构分析和数据访问机制的阐述,并结合发油监控系统给出了在VisualBasic6.0开发环境中设计OPC客户端的思路和实现方法。By introducing the OPC specification,analysing the OPC Server of SIMATIC NET and expounding the mechanism of data access,this paper provides a solution of designing OPC Client developing in Visual Basic 6.0 development environment and the specific way in the oil filling monitoring and control system.
