摘  要:采用离体研究方法 ,以齐口裂腹鱼 (schizothoraxprenanti)肠道、肝胰脏的粗酶液为酶源 ,测定了其对鱼粉、肉骨粉、羽毛粉、豆粕、菜粕、棉粕、玉米、次粉、酵母粉膨化前后粗蛋白质的离体消化率。试验结果表明 :齐口裂腹鱼肠道对同一饲料粗蛋白质的离体消化率高于肝胰脏 ;膨化对饲料粗蛋白质的离体消化率有影响 ;Using coarse enzyme liquid from intestinal canal and hepatopancreas of schizothorax prenanti as enzyme source, the in-vitro digestion rate of crude protein of fish meal, bone meal, feather meal, soybean meal, rapeseed meal, cottonseed meal, corn, and yeast meal before and after expansion was determined by in-vitro study method. The test results indicated that the in-vitro digestion rate of crude protein of the same feed in intestinal canal of schizothorax prenanti was higher than that in hepatopancreas; the expansion had influence on in-vitro digestion rate of feed crude protein; also the in-vitro digestion rate of crude protein in different feeds was different.
