摘　　要：反腐倡廉是一项复杂的系统的社会工程,要取得这项工程的伟大胜利,必须正确认识教育、法制、监督与反腐倡廉的辩证关系:教育是基础,解决领导干部不想腐败的问题;法制是保证,解决领导干部不敢腐败的问题;监督是关键,解决领导干部不能腐败的问题。To Fight against corruption is a complicated project , want to win the victory of the project , must know the dialectical relation of education, law, supervision and against Corruption, education is the base, solve the question that cadre don't to corruption, law is pledge , supervision is the key.
