白芥子多糖的微波提取与含量测定

摘　　要：目的 　从白芥子中提取多糖 ,并测定其含量。方法 　运用微波技术用水提醇沉法提取白芥子多糖 ,用酚 -硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果　测得白芥子中多糖含量为 4.0 2 3 % ,平均回收率为 98.86% ,相对标准偏差 (RSD)为 1.68% (n=5 )。 结论 　首次运用微波技术从白芥子中提取出多糖 ,反应速度大大加快 ,收率提高。OBJECTIVE To extract and determine polysaccharides in Seeds of Brassica Alba.METHODS Using microwave technique,polysaccharides in Seeds of Brassica Alba were obtained by hot water extraction and ethanol precipitation, and content was determined with phenol-vitriolic colorimetry.RESULTS Polysaccharides in Seeds of Brassica Alba is 4.023%,and recovery rate is 98.86%,RSD was 1.86%(n=5).CONCLUSION Microwave Technique was applied to extracting polysaccharides in Seeds of Brassica Alba for the first time. The reaction speed is faster and the resul is satisfactory.
