摘　　要：针对南方电网内各省(含自治区,下同)经济存在较大差异的现状,提出了一种新的电力市场竞价机制。该机制基于各电厂上网电价与省内平均上网电价的比值,以及表征市场开放程度的调节因子,得到各电厂在各省内的竞争排序报价,并按照"地源优先"和"按实际报价结算"的原则确定交易结果。文中详细介绍了该机制的实现过程,并给出了算例说明。Aiming at the facts that provinces in most of the regions are in huge commercial difference, a new bidding mechanism under the united regional electricity market is presented. The mechanism is based on the ratio of units' bidding price and the provincial average price as well as the adjustment factor, which demonstrates the market opening degree, fn this mechanism, units' bidding result is obtained by the ratio and the principles of region-first and pay as bid. The whole bidding process is introduced and a numerical example is given.
