摘　　要：介绍了草甘膦生产中溶剂分离回收的工艺原理,提出了改进型组合塔板和直接蒸汽加热相结合的溶剂回收新工艺,并将此工艺应用于8000t的草甘膦生产装置的溶剂回收上。对比了新老工艺的运行效果,进行了技术经济分析。新工艺具有回收效率高、节能显著及操作简便等优点。The principles of solvent separation and recovery during glyphosate production are discussed. A new solvent recovery process is proposed using a modified combined column plate and direct steam heat. The method was utilized in solvent recovery during manufacture of 8000 t of glyphosate. Results of operation under the new and old technology were compared and a technical economic analysis was conducted. The new process provided several advantages, including highly efficient recovery and significant energy savings as well as simple and convenient operation.
