摘 要:干熄焦工艺中干熄炉内焦炭下降运动对熄焦质量起着至关重要的作用。根据流体力学理论,采用介质连续性假设,在Euler场中建立粘性流模型,得到干熄炉内焦炭下降运动的数学模型,并采用基于交错网格的SIMPLE算法来求解对流扩散方程。通过数值求解,得到了焦炭下降的速度场,计算结果和实验数据吻合较好,并且固体颗粒粘性系数显著影响干熄炉内下部焦炭运动。通过将粘性流模型与势流模型、动力模型的计算结果进行比较,表明粘性流模型能全面地描述干熄炉内焦炭下降运动。The descending behavior of cokes in coke dry quenching (CDQ) shaft takes an important role on the quality of quenched coke. Based on the fluid dynamics theory and the premise of continuity, the viscous flow model is established to describe the descending behavior of cokes. With SIMPLE algorithm in staged nonuniform grids, Navier-Stokes equation is solved to gain the velocity field of coke in the cooling chamber, which is in good accordance with experimental results. Moreover, the viscosity of solid has obviously influenced the descending behavior of cokes in the lower part of chamber. Comparing viscous flow model, potential flow model and kinematics model shows that present viscous flow model could stimulate the descending behavior of coke in cooling chamber better than other models.
