摘　　要：续写作品对原作品的完整权是否具有影响,是许多人关注的一个问题。本文首先对何谓续写作品进行了涵义和性质方面的界定。其次,从构成要件方面分析了续写作品是否会对原作品的作品完整权造成伤害。最后提出自己的观点,认为续写作品与原作品在思想内涵、美学价值和艺术风格方面的差异并非是构成对原作品的作品完整权的侵害的惟一标准,还应附之以其他要件。Whether continued works will affect the integrated rights of original works is a problem many people concern about. At first, this essay defines the meaning and nature of continued works; Secondly, it analyzes whether continued works will injure the integrated rights of original works from the component terms. At last, the author puts forword its own viewpont that the differences of ideological connotation, aeathetical value and artistic style between continued works and original works are not the only standard that continued works injures original works, it should have other terms.
