摘 要:用荧光光度分析法研究了三羟甲基氨基甲烷和十二烷基硫酸钠对双嘧达莫的协同荧光增敏作用,提出了在此条件下测定双嘧达莫的协同荧光增敏光度法。方法灵敏度高,检出限低(9.20×10-9mol·L-1),在 7.927×10-8~2.378×10-6 mol·L-1范围内荧光强度与双嘧达莫的浓度呈良好线性关系。It was found that the self-emitting fluorescence of dipyridamole (DIP) can be enhanced synergically by sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS) and trihydroxymethylaminomethane [(CH_2OH)_3CNH_2, THMAM]. A thorough study on this phenomenon was made both of its optimum reaction conditions and its mechanism of synergic sensitization action. Linear relationship between the magnitude of fluorescence intensity (λ_(ex) 291 nm, λ_(em) 483 nm) and the concentration of DIP was obtained in the range of 7.927×10^(-8)~2.378×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1) (DIP) having the regression equation F=20.11×10^(-7)C_(DIP)-14.43 (r=0.999 7). The detection limit was found to be 9.20×10^(-9)mol·L^(-1). In the application of this fluorophotometric method to the determination of DIP in serum samples, recoveries in the range of 98.9% to 100.8% were obtained.
