摘　　要：本文针对全球性的音乐教育改革形势,通过梳理世界音乐教育改革与发展的特征,分析了我国音乐教育的 现状,并指出了我国音乐教育所面临的问题以及解决这些问题的建设性意见。This paper, through organizing the characteristics of music education innovation and development in the foreign countries,analyzes the current situation of music education in China,points out its problems,and puts forward some instructive suggestions.
