摘  要: 探讨了高压芒刺静电场对大豆种子发芽情况的影响.将培养在水域中的大豆种子经高压芒刺静电场连续处理4d,每次处理20min,取出置于培养条件适中的环境中使其发芽,观察测量其发芽率、芽长及种子鲜重.离芒刺较近的种子与对照组比较,发芽率提高了4 60%,发芽指数提高了10 59%,芽长增加了31 15%(P<0.0005),活力指数提高了63 39%.合适的高压芒刺静电场预处理大豆种子,能有效地提高发芽指数和种子活力.To explore the biological effects of high voltage prick electrostatic fields(HVPEF) on sprout of soybean seeds.Put soybean seeds into HVPEF for 4 days(20 min/time) and the take them out,secondly put them in appropriate environment suitable for sprouting.The sprout ratio and index of seeds,and the length of sprouts were observed and measured.The sprout ratios and index of experimental groups were increased 4.60% and 10.59%,respectively.the lengths of sprouts were increased 31.15%(P<0.000 5).The vitality index was increased 63.395%.Soybean seeds that were pre-treated by suitable dose of HVPEF could be effectively increased sprout index and vitality.
