中药治疗慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜40例

摘　　要：目的 :观察养阴清热、凉血止血法治疗慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜 (ITP)的疗效。方法 :40例ITP患者口服中药 1个月 ,观察疗效及血小板数。结果 :总有效率 95 % ,治疗后血小板数显著升高。结论 :养阴清热、凉血止血法对慢性ITP患者疗效较好。Objective:To observe effects of the therapy of nourishing yin,clearing away heat and cooling blood to stop bleeding in treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.Methods:40 patients take decoction for 1 month,then effects were observed and blood platelet were counted.Results:The total effective rate of the therapy group was 95%.Conclusion:It got a good effect by the therapy of nourishing yin,clearing away heat and cooling blood to stop bleeding in treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.
