摘 要:为探讨利用拟青霉控制烟蚜的可能性,测定了粉拟青霉(Paecilomycesfarinosus)和玫烟色拟青霉(Paecilomycesfumosoroseus)对烟蚜[Myzusnicotianae(Blackman)]的感染致死率,发现粉拟青霉菌Pf 27菌株和玫烟色拟青霉菌Pf 30菌株对烟蚜有较好的感染致死作用。在处理后第3d和第5d,粉拟青霉菌Pf 27菌株对烟蚜的室内感染率分别为56 0%和98 0%,玫烟色拟青霉菌Pf 30菌株分别为10 0%和82 0%。用1 5×108个/mL的孢子悬浮液喷雾处理烟田烟株上的烟蚜,处理后第10d,Pf 27菌株和Pf 30菌株对烟蚜的感染率分别为77 2%和78 5%,这两个菌株均有进一步研究的价值。The infection and fatality ratio of Myzus nicotianae (Blackman) infected by Paecilomyces farinosus and Paecilomyces fumosoroseus were tested. The results showed that the Pf-27 strain of Paecilomyces farinosus and the Pf-30 strain of Paecilomyces fumosoroseus had better infection effects on tobacco aphid in 3 and 5 days after treatment, the indoor infected ratios of Pf-27 strains were 56.0% and 98.0%, and those of Pf-30 strains were 10.0% and (82.0%,) respectively. 10 days after spraying in tobacco fields with suspension of 1.5×108 spores/mL, the infected (ratio) were 77.2% and 78.5% for Pf-27 strains and Pf-30 strains, respectively. It showed that the Pf-27 and Pf-30 strains are worth to further research.
