摘  要:研制了随钻测量钻井岩屑声波速度的便携式钻屑波速测试系统,并对岩屑波速进行了测试,建立了岩屑波速与可钻性级值的关系模型。利用该模型,可随钻标定地层的可钻性级值。对数百只钻头的使用资料进行了统计分析,建立了钻头类型与地层可钻性级值的对应关系。根据地层可钻性的随钻标定结果及变化趋势,利用钻头类型与地层可钻性级值的对应关系,即可优选出适合于待钻井段的钻头类型。在DW 1井上进行了钻头优选现场试验,证明该方法是有效的。A convenient device for ultrasonic velocity measurements on cuttings was designed. The correlations between the ultrasonic velocity on cuttings and the rock-drillability index values were given after laboratory tests. The relationship between bit types and the rock-drillability index values was given based on a number of field bit data. According to the rock-drillability index values obtained from cuttings and the relationship between the bit types and the rock-drillability index values, the most appropriate bit for any hole section can be selected. The case was given and verified the method validity.
