中药制剂防治肉鸡肾性传染性支气管炎的实验研究  

Experimental Treatment and Prevention of Nephrapathogenic Infectious Bronchitis in Broiler Chickens with Chinese Herbal Medicinal Prescription

摘　　要：将某养殖场已确诊为肾性传染性支气管炎的 2 5日龄肉鸡 30 0只 ,随机分为 6组 ,应用研制的复方中药制剂——禽速康口服液按不同剂量组合进行治疗试验。结果表明 ,禽速康 (3m L/ kg)与肾舒宝 (40 m g/ kg)联合疗法 ,对肉鸡肾性传染性支气管炎有较好的疗效 ,用药 3d可控制发病鸡死亡 ,治愈率达 82 %。经大群推广试验表明 ,禽速康与肾舒宝联合防治肉鸡肾性传染性支气管炎 ,效果确实 ,防治有效率达 93.75 %。Three hundred 25-day-old broiler chickens which had nephrapathogenic infectious bronchitis were divided randomly into 7 groups.Every group was respectively treated with a kind of Chinese herbal medicinal prescription——QinSuKang(offered by The Group of Studying New Veterinary Drug of Animal Science College of Sichuan Agricultural University) in different dose.The results showed that the united therapy with QinSuKang(3 mL/kg weight) and ShenShuBao(40 mg/kg weight) was the best treatment to cure nephrapathogenic infectious bronchitis in broiler chickens,that the sick chickens death stopped on the 4^(th) day after treatment with the recovery rate of 82%.The recovery rate reached up to 93.75% when the united therapy was applied in a larger group.
