摘　　要：经济法是政府实施经济管理之法,更是规范政府经济管理之法,前者使政府成为有效政府,后者使政府成为有限政府。经济法对于如何处理政府与市场之间的关系及对政府经济管理权限的正确定位具有重要意义。The economic law is the law by which the government implements the economic management as well as which normalizes the governmental economic management.The former makes the government become the efficient government while the latter makes the government become the limited government. The economic law is of important significance for dealing with the relation between the government and market and positioning the economic management power limit.
