优维显370造影对家兔股动脉吻合后血管通畅率的影响

摘　　要：目的　研究优维显 370造影对股动脉吻合后血管通畅率。方法　选择 32只条件相同的家兔 ,分成AB两组 ,每组 16只 ,制造血管吻合模型 ,A组用生理盐水灌注 ,B组用优维显灌注。 2 4h后进行组织切片 ,电镜下观察血管吻合情况。结果　 3d后A组吻合口血栓形成 2例 ,B组 1例 ,吻合口通畅A组 12例 ,B组 14例 ;6d后血栓形成A、B两组各 1例 ,血管通畅例数两组分别为 13、14例。结论　血管吻合后进行动脉优维显造影 ,只要导管未对血管吻合造成机械性刺激 ,在血管吻合口愈合的任何时间进行血管造影都是可行的 。Objective To discuss the affection on unblocked rate of rabbit femoral artery after anastomosis with ultravist angiography. Methods 32 rabbits with same condition were divided into two groups (16 cases per group). The model of blood vessel anastomosis was made. Group A was perfused with saline and group B was perfused with ultravist. The histological slice was made and observed under electromicroscope at 24h. Results There were 2 cases embolism in group A and 1 case in group B at 3 days after operation. There were 12 unblocked in group A and 14 in group B. There were 1 case embolism in group A and 1 case in group B at 6 days after operation. There were 13 unblocked in group A and 14 in group B. Conclusion The angiography with ultravist should be feasible at any time and could not increase the embolism without mechanic stimulus.
