B超诊断肝内胆管结石48例分析

摘　　要：目的　观察肝内胆管结石在肝内发病特点 ,以及患病人群中是否存在性别、年龄的差别。方法　从 2 0 0 4 - 0 6～ 12记录所有进行肝胆脾胰检查的患者 ,共检查出患有肝内胆管结石的患者 4 8例。结果　在所记录 4 8例患者中 ,女性 31例 ,男性 17例。年龄在 35岁以上 38例 ,35岁以下 10例。在肝脏中分布为肝右叶4 3例 ,肝左叶 5例 ,肝右前叶 2 7例 ,肝右后叶 16例。结论　本组肝内胆管结石病例 ,女性发病率高于男性 ,35岁以上发病率较高 ,肝右叶发病率高于肝左叶发病率。肝右前叶发病率最高。Objective To observe the characteristics of calculus of intrahepatic duct (CID) in distribution of age and sex. Methods 48 cases of CID patient were screened by detection of liver and bladder from June ～ December 2004. Results There were 31 cases female and 17 cases male. There were 38 cases age over 35 and 10 cases below 35. There were 43 cases distributed at right lobe and 5 cases at left lobe. Conclusion The incidence of CID was higher in female and over 35 year old. The distribution was higher in right anterior lobe and then posterior lobe.
