摘　　要：城市污水再生利用是解决我国水资源短缺问题和促进污水处理事业发展的最佳途径,但我国污水再生利用产业还处于起步阶段,必须研究如何健全污水再生利用的运营、管理和激励机制,从而加快城市污水再生利用的产业化进程。The optimal way to resolve the water shortage and to promote the wastewater treatment industry is to recycle domestic wastewater. However the development of recycling domestic wastewater in China is still in the level of beginning. How to establish the systemic running and managing and encouraging is one urgent thing to do to promote the process of recycling domestic wastewater.
